All products are delivered fresh, It is out of our control if it is left out of coolers or placed in Very low temperature sections of the cooler. All Micro greens last 1-3 weeks depending on storage and care. We do offer replacements at our discretion for product that does not last as long as they should. Mushrooms are best used in 5-7 days and can last up to 14 days depending on storage and care.
